How do I reserve a Quinceanera date?

To reserve a Quinceanera, please visit the parish office and bring a copy of the Baptism and First Communion certificates, along with the required deposit. For mroe information, please call the parish office at (909) 822-4732 and talk to Mayra. The parish office is currently open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.).

What is required for a Quinceanera?

​

The family must be registered in our parish, or in the parish where they are attending Mass. Families that come from another parish must present a letter of permission, which can be requested from the parish where you are attending Mass. The required documents include the Baptism and First Communion certificates, and one of your donation envelopes if you are registered here at St. John XXIII. If you are not registeredin our parish, you must present a letter of permission from the parish where you attend Mass.

When is the Quinceanera, and what is the fee?

​

For a group Quinceanera (group of 4), the fee is $250 for parishioners registered in our parish, and $300 for those not registered in our parish. There is a minimum deposit of $100, which must be paid when you come to the office to reserve the date. This fee includes the class and flower decoration, and it does not include the choir donation. The group Quinceanera takes place on the second Saturday of each month at 11:00 a.m. (Please note that in the month of May there is NO Quinceanera celebration due to the First Communion Masses.)

For a single Quinceanera, the fee is $400 for parishioners registered in our parish, and $500 for those not registered in our parish. There is a minimum deposit of $200, which must be paid when you come to the office to reserve the date. After 30 days of your first deposit, the rest of the balance must be paid in full. This fee includes the class and flower decoration, and it does not include the choir donation. For a single Quinceanera, you may reserve any available Saturday, and the Mass will be at 11:00 a.m.

Please note that if the Quinceanera gets cancelled for any reason, $100 is non-refundable.

When is the rehearsal, and when are Confessions?

​

Confessions in our parish are on Wednesdays from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. in the parish hall. Rehearsal for the Quinceanera in Fontana for Chambelanes and Damas and Godparents takes place on Wednesday the week of the Quinceanera at 5:00 p.m. in the church. Please note that the rehearsal for a Quinceanera in Rialto is on a different date. Please call the Rialto office at (909) 421-7030 for Rialto rehearsal information.

What religious articles should I bring to the Mass?

​

The religious articles for the Mass include a flower bouquet, a Bible, a Rosary, a ring, and a medal.
